Share is author of several animal books - "Stinky Business:  How To Rehabilitate Skunks"; "All Our Skunks" (a sweet love story between two skunks) co-authored with Mary Curry; "Mischief, Curiosity and Trouble:  Wacky World of Wildlife Work"; and now the cookbook, "Animal Crackers".  There are four more books in the works.  She also produced a 2-½ hour video "Rescue, Handling and Care of Wild Skunks", and taught seminars all around the nation on this topic.  Many radio and television interviews, newspaper and magazine articles have been done on my work fighting for the skunk and educating on how to coexist with this species.

Some of her volunteer work for other groups has been with The Orangutan Foundation International (where she studied the orangutan in Borneo with Birute Galdikas); The Ark Trust (now HSUS-Hollywood) (helps every year with the Genesis Awards, a huge celebrity black-tie gala that awards those that generate positive messages about animals in the media); The American Cetacean Society (tour guide taking the public out whale watching off the California coast and Catalina Island); Shambala Preserve (helped with several fundraising events); Wildlife Waystation (orphan care, primate enrichment, tour guide, fundraising, outreach programs, etc.).  In 1994 she started her own organization S.K.U.N.K.S. (Society of Kind Understanding and Not Killing Skunks)- Stinky Business, and in 2000 started Protect R Wildlife- ProtectRWildlife.

Being that she loves all animals, it’s no wonder she has dedicated her life to better their lives.  She studied animal health technology, worked at a veterinarian office, studied animal nutrition, holistic therapies, interspecies communication, domestic and exotic animal training, cetology, primatology, and mephitology, wildlife rehabilitation, and specialize in skunks and humane solutions to wildlife nuisance problems, and is a vegetarian and an avid animal advocate.
